Behavioural Safety / Human Factors
The course provides an introduction to ‘human factors’. In the workplace. It takes participants through the steps needed to develop a positive safety culture, improving the effectiveness of standard operating procedures, managing the influences on human performance and how human factors should be incorporated in to risk assessments.
