The CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to Work Safely in the Construction Industry unit of competency specifies the outcomes required to undertake Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) induction training within the construction industry.

This nationally accredited unit of competency provides practical training on trench shoring and safety. During the course, participants will be required to excavate and install primary ground support systems and physically demonstrate competency within a simulated/controlled trench environment using relevant equipment.

This unit of competency provides the skills and knowledge required to lay pipes in accordance with specifications and ensure the safety of construction and maintenance workers, and the general public.
This unit of competence is part of the Certificate 3 in Construction training package.

This unit of competency describes a participant’s skills and knowledge required to work safety at heights. This course is appropriate for those working in operational roles where they are required to perform work at heights.

This unit of competency provides the required skills and knowledge to interpret and implement traffic management plans to ensure the safety of construction and maintenance workers, and the general public.

The course will prepare you in OHS roles and responsibilities site traffic management plans, hazard and risk management, principles of traffic controlling & working with road users
