The BSB50215 Diploma of Business is designed for those who have a minimum industry experience of two (2) years in a supervisory, management or
team leadership role. This qualification aims to equip course participants with business, managerial, marketing and human resource management skills.

The BSB51319 Diploma of Work, Health and Safety is a nationally recognised, competency based qualification. The course consists of ten (10) units of competency from the Business Services Training Package (BSB).

The BSB51319 Diploma of Work, Health and Safety is a course suitable for those people who coordinate and maintain the work health and safety (WHS) program in an organisation. It reflects the role of practitioners who apply a substantial knowledge base and well developed skills in a wide variety of WHS contexts. They may provide leadership and guidance to others. The qualification reflects the role of workers who apply a broad knowledge base and well developed skills in a wide variety of contexts.

This qualification combines best practice theory with practical examples of work application. Course participants will gain an understanding of the specialist skills and knowledge required to become an effective Safety Officer. Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include the BSB41415 Certificate IV in Work, Health and Safety or other relevant qualifications OR vocational experience in a range of work environments in senior support roles.
