The BSB50215 Diploma of Business is designed for those who have a minimum industry experience of two (2) years in a supervisory, management or team leadership role. This qualification aims to equip course participants with business, managerial, marketing and human resource management skills.

The qualification combines best practice theory with practical examples of work application. Course participants will gain an understanding of the skills and knowledge required to become an effective business administrator.

Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include the BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business and or other relevant qualifications OR vocational experience in a range of work environments in senior support roles.

Systec RTO can offer this qualification based on Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)/Recognition of Current Competency (RCC); this involves assessing evidence of experience, skills and knowledge against competency standards.

The BSB50215 Diploma of Business involves the successful completion of eight (8) units of competency.

Assessment for the BSB50215 Diploma of Business is against the competency standards within the Business Services Training Package (BSB). Most course participants can expect to spend between five and ten hours per week, at a minimum, outside of course delivery time, reading and completing their assessment tasks.
